When people say you look too skinny; you’re succeeding! 90% of your diet needs to be dialed in all the time! Don’t drink your calories! Eat Veggies, Fruits, Legumes and Raw Nuts (in this order)! Eat whole fruit for snacks (eat a variety of them 3-5 times everyday)! Don’t eat fried food! Eat VERY LITTLE animal proteins! Eat VERY LITLE processed junk food!
