Alcohol!

Alcohol provides very little nutritional benefit, it’s a tremendous source of calories and weight gain, it’s known asĀ a deconditioner (especially for those already out of shape) and it’s an irritant to the nervous system for many people (leading to anxiety, palpitationsĀ and even depression). Want to get healthy and stay healthy? Minimize or even avoid alcohol in all it’s many forms.
