Hybrid Fitness NOT Crossfit!

I use Hybrid Fitness with all of my clients. Combining personalized strength training with cardiopulmonary training but not at the same time as Crossfit does. Crossfit is frequently injurious, full of sloppy form and low on adherence because of too much intensity. Hybrid Fitness is increasingly becoming more popular while I’ve been actively teaching and using it for over 25 years personally and with clients.
