Always prepared and you certainly know your business. Explanations are as detailed or as direct as I like them. Thank you Jerrod for tailoring to my needs and being available for silly questions. The support you give in all areas is appreciated. Have to admit, I'm a bit jealous of your lifestyle.

Personal Training has never been done this well! I know because I used several other local trainers and gyms before coming to StrengthLab. I've never seen anyone stay as updated and current as you do. You don't let anything slide. Thank you Jerrod

I hold Jerrod in very high esteem--as he has always been very much into fitness and wanted to help those around him to be more physically fit and stronger mentally as well.

It would only seem natural to take his lifelong knowledge and commitment and make a meaningful career out of it.

We only have one go-around in life, lets make it the very best we can as StrengthLab's moto states "Eat Less, Eat Better and Move Move!"

One of Jerrod's biggest fans!

I've been training with Jerrod for nearly a decade now and that's no exaggeration. During this time frame, I've really gotten to know him and never once has he been anything other than a role model for health and fitness and clean living. Essentially, your self improvement, as well as his self improvement, are what drives him. Discipline and dedication are important to him and it shows in every part of his lifestyle. This guy walks the walk people. Family, fitness and friends matter to him. He's really got things straight and he's been a tremendous asset to my life.

Over two years with Jerrod - still havent done the same workout twice. Pushes you appropriately. Got me to run and finish a marathon. (Full disclosure - so it wasnt the best time in the world - but a finish is a finish right?) I am in better shape now (over 40) than I was when I rowed crew in college. The nice thing - he lives what he teaches. The thirty minute sessions will leave you glad there isn't more.

I trained with Mr. Maguire in 2007 for about 4 mos (it was all I could afford at the time) after doing research trying to find a reliable fitness source to help me with my fitness goals. At that time, my weight was at an all time high, I weighed in at 160.5lbs on a 5'2" frame, was severely depressed and taking medication and knew I needed to make a change. After contacting Mr. Maguire and having our first consultation, I realized he was going to be the trainer for me and went in feet first. After my first 10 sessions, I had lost 13.5lbs. As you can imagine I was IMPRESSED! So naturally I kept going and hung on to EVERY word he said and did exactly as I was told. By the time our sessions ended, and 6mos had gone by (I kept following the principles of what was taught to me independently) I had lost a whopping 45.5lbs weighing in at 115lbs and no longer taking anti-depressants! I had never been so small in my life! People that I knew did not recognize me and those that did not believe I could lose the weight and be fit, were shocked! I have since moved to the UK and continue to follow the message that Mr. Maguire teaches and have taken my fitness goals to another level. As far as I am concerned, he will always be highly recommended as he is truly the best example of what a fitness trainer should be like. Super knowledgeable and as I like to say A.B.A.D. (All business all day) and I admire him for that. Don't waste his time because he won't waste yours and believe me, you will NOT be disappointed. Thank you!!
